Allentown’s PD1-GRH Gunning Rig is ideal for use with packaged, pre-blended materials for dry-process shotcrete in Refractory, Underground and Civil applications. The PD1/GRH Gunning Rig combines the proven success of the GRH rotor gun with our most popular pre-dampener. This machine provides the opportunity to add a controlled amount of moisture to the bagged material as it’s transported and fed into the gun. The addition of moisture – as much as 60 percent of the total water required – and the mixing action of the auger, starts the hydration process long before the material reaches the nozzle.
